We're pretty confident that we created the best boxers on the planet, that's why we're offering a First Pair Guarantee. If you don't love your first pair, we will send you a different size for free or issue a full refund - no return required.
The First Pair Guarantee only applies to the first order and for one pair of underwear which can be requested within 7 days of receipt. For example, if you purchased 7 boxers then only one pair is included in the guarantee, the other unopened boxers can be either exchanged or returned as per our policy below.
Return Exchange Policy:
- Returns and exchanges can be made within (7) calendar days from the receiving your order, and (3) calendar days during promotional periods.
- If the product is defective an exchange or return will be made without incurring fees or shipping charges.
- Orders from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not returnable or exchangeable.
- Returned and exchanged product(s) must be unworn and unwashed, with the tags and stickers attached (if applicable), in its original packaging. Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If the return results in the original order value dropping below the free shipping threshold you have qualified for we do reserve the right to deduct the original cost of shipping from the refund amount.
- All shipping costs on the original purchase, including fees incurred for exchanges, are non-refundable.
- Return and exchange orders will be cancelled if the customer fails to answer the courier for more than 3 pick-up attempts.
- Once the items are received and accepted, a coupon code will be created with a value equivalent to the exchanged products after deducting the exchange fee. The coupon code will be sent to the customer within 48 hours. If this the customer is eligible for First Pair Guarantee (as per conditions above), the coupon code will also include free shipping without a minimum threshold.
- On rare occasions, Haw reserves the right to deny return or exchange requests if we find evidence of fraud, abuse, or other manipulative behavior. If you have an issue with your exchange/return.
- For international orders, if you do not receive your order, whether due to non-response, non-payment of customs fees for your order, or any other reason, the value of the customs fees and shipping fees will be deducted from the return amount.

Return and Exchange Process:
1. Contact us on WhatsApp (0533384018) from the customer’s mobile number used when making the order.
2. Choose “Return and Exchange” from the WhatsApp menu.
3. Send the order number, the name of the product to be exchanged/returned and the quantity, as well as the reason.
4. Customer service will get back to confirm your exchange and return request. In some cases, you may be asked to submit additional information to complete the request.
5. After completing the exchange and return request, you will be contacted by a shipping company representative to pick-up the returned or exchanged products. Note that Return and exchange requests will be cancelled if the customer fails to answer the courier for more than 3 pick-up attempts.
6. Once the items are received and accepted at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase within 7-14 days. In case of exchanges, a coupon code will be created with a value equivalent to the exchanged products after deducting the exchange fee. The coupon code will be sent to the customer within 48 hours. Order Amendment Policy:
We reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the customer in case of technical issues on website, incorrect pricing or insufficient inventory.
You have the right to cancel the order while processing & just before dispatch from warehouse to address, without any deduction or additional fee. Please contact customer service team immediately if you wish to cancel or return the ordered product. Once dispatched, the order is subject to the return and exchange policy above.
Orders not received:
Orders that are not received by the customer after three attempted contacts will have the order value refunded after deducting 27 for operational costs.
